Perfect stay at JBR for a family

The location was great! Beach and the walk JBR was accessible. Staff was very helpful, from reception staff to house keeping everyone was very accommodating. We got a free room upgrade to 2 bed room apartment. It was spacious with every possible facility, and views were great. Cofeetree lounge had good coffee, too

The mattress of our master bedroom was probably old and it was sunken in the middle

Great location, the beach is only 7 minutes away

The hotel location is excellent. From the reception team, Taha was super friendly; he did the day shift. For the evening shift, there was a Russian lady who was rude and unprofessional. The room shower is super old and needs an upgrade.

The pool wasn't accessible, but it wasn't a big deal for me as I went to the beach. They need to upgrade their shower. Training on customer service is to be given to the reception evening team.

The rooms are just amazing. It is the most convenient option in JBR areas. Everything is walking distance, food, pharmacy, carrefour and all day market, salon, JBR The Walk, Starbucks. The hotel has a cafe downstairs and a salon within the hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and room service is quick.

The pool is quite small and there is hardly any sun on the pool after 11am The breakfast options are so limited.

Location super for Dubai Marina's lovers. Rooms are large and facilities super. Staff gentle and discrete.

In my opinion, despite breakfast was in line with many business hotel, I was expecting more comparing to other Marriotts visited in the past.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The staff was nice. Housekeeping kept our apt clean and beds made everyday. My husband and I and our 4 kids were very comfortable. It's in a very good location. I slept great.

Corridor on the floor we stayed smells food all the time so it was not so pleasant. Room is a lit bit old in general.

We enjoyed a great stay, next to Jumeirah Beach and great view of the marina!

We made a last minute decision to change our accommodation from Burj Khalifa area (which we already had a 4 day opportunity to explore) to Jumeirah Beach and chose this hotel. It worked out well for us. The room was very large, we had a balcony with a stunning view of the Marina. The walk to Jumeirah Beach is just a few minutes and there are good restaurants near the hotel. The hotel is situated within a complex (JBR) that feels very much like a neighbourhood. I'm sure that most of the buildings are condo and/or long term rental as there were many families enjoying the space. Loved that. Staff of the hotel were helpful and professional.

The hotel location , its pretty near the beach and the JBR walk.

Have to stay in a long queue from 15 to 20 min everyday for the breakfast. Breakfast does not have a lot of varieties , the menu is almost the same everyday

It was a wonderful experience|

The twin room we got was spacious and very clean. It was easy to commute from the hotel with easy access to taxis. Within walking distance to the marina mall and restaurants. Staff were amazing.

The bathroom could do with some retiling perhaps as the repair work makes it look like its dirty. That is the only thing I can think of that did not do for me.

Excellent views, comfortable rooms and wonderful hotel staff, I plan to return.

The location was perfect. Right in the heart of JBR. The rooms were very spacious and beds comfortable. The breakfast was really good. Front Desk, Concierges and Security Guard service was excellnt.

Slow moving elevators. But, that's small comparable to the other great services.

Perfect location to stay in the JBR

Location is perfect, super market and pharmacy is one minute a way, close to the walk of JBR, staff is helpful, room size is very good, nice small playing area for the kids in front of the hotel.

In the checkout they asked me for a charge of extra person breakfast, we were two adults and two young kids (3 & 4 years), I bought the breakfast package as per there offer in the check in and the receptionist was aware of my family members, the good news is that the manager resolved the issue.

Had an excellent time seeing everything in Dubai.

The location was near the marina. Good places to eat over the bridge to the other side of the marina. we had a 4 bedroom apartment which was beautiful, had everything you needed.

Being on the 30 floor you had to wait a while for the lift but that was not really anything to complain about.

the most comfiest holiday ever

Breakfast was good, a wide variety of choice. The location of the hotel was exceptional everything was close and nearby and all of the shops were open till late which was very convenient for me and my family.

The Hotel Staff are professional especially on the 35th Floor restaurant. i was there daily for breakfast and they were very polite and assisting. I got a room on the 15th Floor sea view and it was amazing

Only 2 parking close the entrance allocated to the hotel and please make sure that dont park on the other parking areas close to the hotel otherwise you will face difficult people like what happened to my brother
